The COVID-19 pandemic is having a lasting impact on all of us, disrupting the way many of us live our daily lives and conduct business.
As we continue reopening our operations, the health and safety of our team members, customers and communities will continue to guide all our decisions. We have seen that generally, customers have adopted new behaviors and take serious their personal responsibility to wear masks, practice social distancing and use our expanded hours to better spread traffic throughout the day, enabling us to provide them new options.
For the foreseeable future, we will continue with most of the measures currently in place – such as requiring masks, enhanced cleaning routines, including disinfecting electronics after customer use, plastic shields at our registers and sanitized cleaning of our restrooms and public areas.
We will continue to have social distancing floor decals, hand sanitizers available for all customers, and a divided vestibule to keep our customers safely apart, and we will continue to follow all state and local government mandates covering our store.
In order to ensure workplace safety and maintain a safe environment to serve our clients and customers, we are doing the following:
• Enhanced cleaning protocols
• Social distancing protocols
• Monitoring and metering the number of people
in our store
• Face Coverings and Protective Equipment
• Weekly Employee Testing
Personal interaction between customers
and employees has always been the heart
of service. But these days, that interaction
carries serious risks.
For our customers, we’re changing in-store
practices and promoting healthy behaviors
that help keep everyone safer.
We’re also asking our customers to do their
part by wearing masks when required or
recommended by health officials, limiting
their handling of items and showing
courtesy to themselves and our employees by social distancing.
We’ve never been so conscious of the spaces between us. We use protective equipment and good practices to make that space a barrier to infection instead of a conduit.
We've added signage and floor decals as reminders for healthy hygiene habits and social distancing best practices, and limited the number of people in the store.
We've put numerous protective measures in place for our team members and customers like plexiglass shields at points of service, gloves and facemasks for all employees, and other safeguards.
More time spent cleaning our store and equipment, including cleaning surfaces like checklanes, restrooms and touchscreens after every use.
We are thinking about your wellbeing. We offer hand sanitizers that can reduce about 97% of the bacteria on your hands.
We are using both List N products, Nu-Foamicide EPA#10324-166-40672 as a Sanitizer and Virucide Fogger every evening
and Steramine EPA#10324-63-3640 as the primary surface Disinfectant and Sanitizer for all touchable areas during the day.
